The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, salt graduation tower, tepidarium, caldarium, and jacuzzi is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (in spring and autumn from Monday to Friday, saunas are open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM), for children aged 7 and older from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (in spring and autumn from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
From 5:00 PM, a quiet zone is enforced in the Relaxation Zone and it is only for adults.

The Relaxation Zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C available year-round with a view of the Tatra panorama.
The outdoor swimming pool, which boasts stunning views of Giewont, is now open! Enjoy the fresh mountain air and uninterrupted panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains. The water temperature of approx. 30°C is powered by geothermal energy and ensures relaxation and comfort even on cooler days.
The outdoor area of the Relaxation Zone is dedicated to hydromassage. Three modern spa baths await you, each offering a stunning panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains.
Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
