*The operation of the outdoor pool and chairlift depends on weather conditions.
All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a swimming pool, whirlpool, dry sauna, children's slide, seasonal outdoor pool*, and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is available for children aged 7 and older (until 5 PM). From 5 PM, a quiet zone is enforced in the Relaxation Zone, and it is only accessible to adults.
The Relaxation Zone has been expanded with an outdoor area featuring three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C throughout the year, offering views of the Tatra Mountains panorama.

Summer animations for children at Kids Club Kaspruś
With the youngest Guests in mind, we have prepared a unique animation program that combines activity, creativity, and a carefree summer atmosphere.
What awaits the little ones?
Monday – A Magical Start to the Week
We begin the week with a touch of magic!
Children will enjoy an exciting magic show that takes them into a world of illusion, surprises, and wonder. After the performance, they will take part in magic workshops, where they will learn simple tricks and try their hand as little magicians.
Tuesday – Creativity and Family Fun
Tuesday is all about variety and creativity!
During workshops, children will create unique pieces in a ceramic mosaic class. This will be followed by fun, energetic duck-themed animations to get everyone moving. The day ends with family bingo – a great opportunity for shared fun and a bit of friendly competition.
Wednesday – Technology & Robotics Day
A day dedicated to modern fun and learning!
During robotics classes, children will become young engineers – building, programming, and testing their own creations. It’s a perfect combination of education, logical thinking, and entertainment.
Thursday – Taste & Dance
A true feast for the senses!
Young chefs will take part in culinary workshops, preparing delicious snacks and discovering the secrets of cooking
(classes take place in the Zakopane room).
In the evening, join us for Fluo Disco – a vibrant dance party full of colors, lights, and music!
Friday – Outdoor Adventure
Time for an active and exciting day!
Depending on the weather, children will participate in outdoor survival activities or mountain first aid workshops. It’s a great opportunity to learn practical skills through fun and adventure.
Saturday – Theatre & Creativity
A day full of imagination!
Children are invited to a special puppet theatre performance that will transport them into a world of stories and fairy tales. After the show, workshops will allow participants to create their own works and develop their artistic skills.
Sunday – Movement & Water Fun
We end the week actively and with a smile!
Aqua Dance classes in the pool combine music, movement, and fun in the water. Afterwards, children will take part in additional pool activities.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
