In February 2020, our hotel was awarded the title of the best mountain Spa hotel! In 2019, it received an award in the jubilee edition of the Perfect SPA Awards for the best chain SPA hotel in Poland, as well as the title of the best Resort Spa in the Spa Prestige Awards competition!

Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, caldarium, and jacuzzi available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (during spring and autumn from Monday to Friday, saunas are available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM), for children aged 7 and older from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (during spring and autumn from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone and only adults can use it.

Animal Policy

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.

Parking

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.

Cancellation Conditions

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
